Supertrendy! Black to silver! OMG! Ummm…if you wanna know how I do it, just keep on watching! Hello again! As you can see, I have some bleach on my hair. Sabrina is visiting me and she’s colouring the nice colour-book, a cute fangirl sent to me, yaaaay I let the 3% bleach works for about 20 minutes, as I already have medium light hair I rinse it out and shampoo my whole head with Schwarkopf BC’s Silver Shampo (linked in the infobox) It’s important, that there are no dark-purple shampoo spots left, or you will get stains Let’s go! This is Maria Nila’s Colour Refresh in ‘Black’ It’s a pigmented hairmask, I use it as a semipermanent hairdye (link in the infobox) This is ‘Neon Blue’ by Directions, a semipermanent dye as well. I’ll use it to neutralize the yellow undertone of the bleached blonde. I added a fat spoon of ‘Neon Blue’ to the ‘Colour Refresh’, to avoid a green undertone (yellow/blonde + black/grey might turn olive/green) Learn how to mix your silver toner in this video up here The toner is important to get a smooth transition I take very small sections I add the toner to the part where the black will blend into the silver. It’s way easier and cleaner to blend like this. Now I add black I make a stupid face, because I never tried such a dark colour before I add strokes of different lenghts and blend it carefully with my fingers Don’t forget the back and to massage it in Also don’t forget to have fun and dance, because maybe Michael is singing Thriller on the radio Wipe your hands on an old towel to avoid staining the light hair with the dark dye after every strand I made this mistake a few times and added dark strands to touch it up, so be careful I repeat this technique on the whole head And dance a litle bit more… I put a paper tissue under the clip to avoid staining the light ends of my hair. Then I went on with the next parts of my head. I’m done and turn around to show you how it looks like and I show you 30 fingers, which means that it should be left in for at least 30 minutes, yeaaah! As always: Rinse it out with cold water only, no shampoo or anything As you see, the roots are very dark and according to the hairstyle it looks very interesting! I did some Braavos curls (tutorial in/on the infobox/endcard) And this is what it looked like the day after It also looks pretty cool, when the hair is in an updo, like this You have a lot of contrast, which I really like Learn how to achieve these cool ‘Braavos Curls’ in this tutorial down here And here’s another hairdye tutorial, see you next time! Bye!
