Copper Garden Tools increase Soil Fertility – Iron Garden Tools kill it!

Viktor Schauberger realized that the use of
iron tilling tools reduces soil fertility. Simply said, Viktor saw rust in water or
soil as life destroying. That’s why he turned to using copper. Viktor and his Son Walter both received
patents for garden tools made from copper. Instead of rust coming off of iron
gardening tools, copper or copper alloy contains important trace elements that
leach slowly into the soil by abrasion. Susanne Niedermaier has been using garden
tools made from copper for years. She achieves similar results in small, as
were documented in large scale experiements in Salzburger Land and Tirol end of the 1940s:
An improvement of soil fertility. Susanne Niedermaier executes the spade test,
comparing an iron spade with a copper spade. “Especially the copper spade penetrates
soil much easier. I’ve been using copper
garden tools for a few years now. With a copper tool you have trace elements
added to the soil, making the entire garden
more homogenic and snails less agressive. Working with copper gardening tools is simply
easier, and I can recommend them to everyone.”
