Andy: WE HAVE A GREAT, FULL-BODY WORKOUT YOU MAY NOT HAVE TRIED BEFORE. KERRY HAS MORE ON HOW TO PROPERLY USE A SLED AT THE GYM. IT’S NOT SANTA’S SLED. TAKE A LOOK. HELLO, THIS IS KERRY MUELLER, OWNER OF GOLD’S GYM. I WANT TO TAKE YOU THROUGH ANOTHER SLED WORKOUT. LAST WEEK WE DID THE PUSH AND THE PULL. TODAY WE’LL DO UPPER BODY. I HAVE SOME EXPANSE HERE. WE HAVE THESE AT GOLD’S GYM. STRAP THEM ON TO THE SLED. WE’RE GOING TO DO SOME UPPER BACK. THE SLED, BY THE WAY, MOVES REALLY DIFFICULTLY ON THE TURF. IT DOESN’T MOVE AS EASY AS YOU THINK. SO THESE ARE GOING THE REALLY BUILD YOUR UPPER BACK. SO GET THE BODY DOWN, MORE IN A SQUAT POSITION, AND PULL IT TOWARD YOU, AND STEP BACK. AND PULL IT TOWARD YOU, AND STEP BACK, AND KEEP PULLING. SO THE GOOD THING ABOUT THESE BANDS IS YOU CAN USE BELT ARMS OR YOU CAN USE ONE ARM. SO WE’VE ALREADY DONE A DOUBLE PULL. IF YOU’RE REALLY WORKING ON YOUR SHOULDER, YOU CAN DO A SINGLE ARM. SO GET IN THE SQUAT POSITION AGAIN, PULL WITH ONE ARM, AND STEP BACK, AND PULL WITH ONE ARM AGAIN, AND WHEN YOU DO THESE EXERCISES, MAKE SURE YOU’RE MAINTAINING THAT NEUTRAL SPINE, KEEP THE TUMMY TIGHT, SO THAT EVERYTHING IS IN GOOD ORDER.
