Parker Refuses to Leave Tony Any Gold | Gold Rush

♪♪ Narrator:
WINTER IS FAST APPROACHING, AND PARKER SCHNABEL IS ON TRACK TO HIT A RECORD-BREAKING
6,000-OUNCE, $7.2 MILLION GOAL USING TWO WASH PLANTS —
BIG RED AND SLUICIFER. BRENNAN’S DOING REALLY GOOD
DOWN AT BIG RED. I’M JUST COMING UP HERE
TO CHECK ON DEAN RIGHT NOW. Narrator: PARKER’S CREW
HAS SPENT THE LAST 14 WEEKS MOVING 1.2 MILLION YARDS
OF DIRT, OPENING A 40-CUT FOR SLUICIFER. BY FAR THE BIGGEST CUT
WE’VE EVER OPENED UP. WE’RE FINALLY DOWN TO PAY,
FINALLY GETTING GOOD
GOLD OUT OF IT. HOWDY.
-HEY, PARKER. SOME GOOD-LOOKING STUFF
IN HERE. -YEP, REALLY NICE.
-IT REALLY IS NICE-LOOKING PAY. 2 FEET, 3 FEET OF PAY
UNDERNEATH IT, TOO. LOT OF GROUND TO COVER,
HUH? YEP. I THINK WE
OPENED UP TOO MUCH. YOU DON’T THINK WE’LL
GET IT ALL THROUGH? WE COULD POSSIBLY
GET IT ALL STACKED, BUT I DON’T —
WE’D NEVER SLUICE IT ALL. AT BEST, WE’VE GOT FOUR,
MAYBE FIVE WEEKS LEFT. THAT’S JUST
WEATHER DEPENDENT. AND AT THE RATE
WE’RE RUNNING, WE COULD PROBABLY RUN
ANOTHER 145,000 YARDS. WHAT DO YOU RECKON
IS STILL IN HERE? PROBABLY AT LEAST 200. WE LEAVE 60,000 YARDS
IN THE CUT? I MEAN,
THAT COULD BE UP TO — I MEAN, THAT COULD BE
OVER 600 OUNCES. YEP. Narrator: PARKER PLANS TO
QUIT THIS GROUND THIS SEASON. IF HE DOESN’T MINE IT, HE COULD
BE HANDING LANDLORD TONY BEETS A $750,000 WINDFALL. THERE’S NO WAY IN HELL
WE’RE LEAVING ANY OF
THIS BEHIND FOR TONY, NOT IF WE CAN HELP IT. THE ONLY WAY THAT WE CAN USE
WHAT WE’VE GOT TO TRY TO GET THIS OUT
IS TO JUST CRANK THAT PLANT UP. YEAH. AND WE WON’T
MAKE ANY FRIENDS. NOT ONLY IS THE PLANT
PRETTY MAXED OUT RIGHT NOW, BUT PEOPLE ARE GOING
PRETTY HARD… -YEP.
-…TO KEEP UP. YEAH.
ALL WE CAN DO IS TRY. WE NEED THIS
[BLEEP] CUT DONE. LIKE, I DON’T WANT
AN OUNCE OF GOLD LEFT IN HERE. Narrator: TO LEAVE
NOTHING BEHIND FOR TONY BEETS, PARKER NEEDS TO PUSH SLUICIFER
FROM 250 TO 300 YARDS AN HOUR. Parker: WE’RE DEFINITELY NOT
GONNA BE HERE NEXT YEAR, SO ANY PAY THAT WE
DON’T GET SLUICED IS PAY THAT WE’RE
LEAVING FOR TONY. SO WE’RE TURNING THIS THING UP. HOPEFULLY BREE CAN
KEEP UP WITH THAT. THAT’S A LOT OF DIRT. Narrator: LAST WEEK, THREE
OF PARKER’S CREW WALKED OUT. AND MECHANIC MITCH IS STILL
RECOVERING FROM INJURY, PUTTING MORE PRESSURE THAN EVER
ON LOADER OPERATOR BREE HARRISON TO GET THROUGH THE PAY DIRT. I’M BARELY KEEPING UP AS IT IS,
MAN. LIKE… WE CANNOT LEAVE GOLD
IN THE GROUND FOR TONY BEETS. WE’LL JUST —
WE’VE GOT TO MAKE IT WORK. [BLEEP]

  1. Parker, this show is an good example how bad as a boss you are. Lack of empathy for his crew will break your neck, even rick had to go. Now you have to move because your reputation is fucked up and nobody will work for you, not even friends….

  2. Parker needs to be humbled. I admire his work ethic, but he’s a bit of a snot. You get productivity out of people by respect. You should not treat people like machines. They are not. You may get short term bumps in gain and profit, but long term, it will always fail.

  3. Thanks for the update, I stopped watching the show this year,The Writers and the director and producer are getting a silly with this fabricated drama, so I get updates here on YouTube
The first thing that really started turning me off were ricks tattoos and slogans on his shirts. Childish
I hope Tony’s crew and Parker’s crew and the Dakota boys get some gold, The writers And producers should stay out of the way and just watch instead of going out and biting a dog..

  4. Parker has turned into a mini me Tony, actually I think Tony treats his employees with more respect. Grandpa is looking down shaking his head, saying Parker you can’t treat people like this nor should you. Has people running two pieces of equipment at a time and having to watch the plant, this is how you get people hurt or killed. He’s mad Rick is secretly seeing his ex Australian beauty.

  5. All I can say is that the Discovery Channel thinks that it's viewers are stupid. They have added a voice over running commentary that reads all the printed captions makes notice of mundane things, ie. an otter swimming, Parker running and so on.

  6. LOL….Whenever my boss does that type of crap to me I just give him an enthusiastic "You bet, I will get it done" and then just go about my day as usual.

  7. If your not leaving Tony any gold, why are you not scraping the bedrock before your done with the cut, doesn't gold go down?

  8. Parker has said for ages that he will leave this site at the end of the season, yet he continues to open up far too much land, three of his men have left because he treats them like shit, equipment being grossly overworked and breaking down, he doesn't deserve to have good men working for him. If there is another season the only people to join him will be those who want to be on TV, be part of an over scripted drama created by Discovery, and if Parker leaves gold in the ground this season then it's his own damn fault!!

  9. I wouldn't work for either one of em.. Parker or Tony.. They treat people like crap and if you talked to me like that Id rearrange your face..

  10. This fa ck.parker if he grabbed 50 billion worth of shiney out of the ground he would want another 50 billion of musical socks 2 go with that greedy fackk 😎

  11. To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Eunha Park, a female formal Korean special forces member of The 707th Special Mission Battalion. I was dispatched to and served in Erbil, Iraq during the Gulf War, duties including but not limited to serving as a member of counter terrorism units. I’m experienced in sky diving/infiltration, swimming and hunting whatever is available when required for food.
Currently I’m a sole wilderness survival/bushcrafting specialist in Korea and have been filmed and aired in many television shows. I also have a YouTube channel ( https://youtu.be/6u5pnLfyzak ) that’s currently ranked number 1 with highest number of viewers in Korea for camping, outdoors and survival/bushcrafting categories.
I wish I could expand my stage to the global level and perform as Bear Grylls in “Man vs. Wild”. But due to very restricted laws and regulations on camping and hunting in Korea along with Korean broadcasting and YouTube’s censorship rules, I’m currently unable to perform all of my extreme wilderness survival/bushcrafting skills on air.
It would be an honor and privilege if Discovery Channel would review my qualifications to consider me as a candidate to host a wilderness survival/bushcrafting shows for you. Since this is a very brief introduction of myself, please feel free to contact me for detailed information and qualifications. Look forward to hearing back from you soon. Thank you.

  12. a couple of seasons before this, Tony showed that Parker's contract required him to remove all the gold to the point that Tony caused Parker to remove an additional foot of decomposing bedrock.

  13. Instead of stating oz..
State Profits and loss of who made the most per man hours worked. Just interest in the Operating cost per crew. Less cost and repairs.

  14. He played percectly into Tony's hands!! He left all the bottom material, where most of the gold is, for Tony to come and easily scoop up!!! Next time maybe he'll learn from that and make sure to get everything, much like the Hoffman's in CO leaving behind as much as they pulled out. Bunch of amateurs getting played by the big boys, loving it!!!!

  15. good luck to You, very sorry for your grandfather, this is facing to us like dirt issues, only issues.
    If any. keep the helmet-cam

  16. Parker's a brat. If it wasn't for Tony Beets, Parker would still be mining his grandfathers mine, which was mined out.

  17. Be thankful , what happened to working with your crew .so ypu leav him some gold so what as long as your not burning bridges.

  18. This dude is a dick head boss, would leave his company the first time he talked like that to me, always remember your always needed somewhere else

  19. Got tired of watching this it’s always the same and it’s like it’s all scripted now like deadliest catch it died after the 2and year .

  20. This is what greed does…it makes money more important then people or friends. At the rate Parker is going his "we won't make any friends" will become a sad conclusion decades down the road.

  21. All this for what gold what is even good for . Computer connections and shielding from radiation . What a waste of people and resources.

  22. Parker was that kid in school that the upper-classmen would shove into trash cans, after lunch when they were JUICY ! Little prick-faced rich kid, without a clue as to reality.

  23. Kinda glad the little blonde Bimbo girlfriend was gone lol..As far as parker goes Not wanting to Leave any gold HAHA Try breaking open the bedrock kiddo most of the big gold is in the cracks n crevices Much like it is when i run my dredge on a River..So Yea Parker you left Tony lots of open area's lol

  24. parker is getting smart by getting out from Tony beets and now parker can own his own claim and not have to worry about owing anymore royalties to Tony beets enough is enough parker wants to be just like his grandpa John a smart business man

  25. I can’t imagine anything worse for the environment than having this greedy idiot shred as many acres as possible, fouling as much water as possible, burning as much fuel as possible, endangering as many people as possible, just to leave a bunch of scorched earth behind for the property owner out of pure spite.
